2. What shipping options are available? We offer the following to all U.S. customers:

  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates. Free shipping may depend on order value or current promotions. We ship from trusted U.S. partners for fast, reliable delivery.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders usually process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is en route.

4. Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring international options – sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If your tool arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos – we’ll send a replacement or full refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your massage tools safe and high-quality? Yes – we prioritize safe, durable materials (medical-grade silicone, natural jade/stone, sturdy alloys, etc.). All tools are designed for personal use and tested for comfort and effectiveness. Always follow the included instructions and consult a doctor if you have medical conditions.
